Also known with the name of biodynamic osteopathy, it's a technique of soft and non-invasive manual massage, ideal in case of backache, migraine, digestive problems but also in the event of emotional issues such as anxiety, panic attack and depression.
The operator, with a soft touch over the cranial bones and the spinal column, establishes a contact with the cranio-sacral rhythm of the person so that he is able to stimulate and support it. Everything happens in complete silence to be in tune with the body rhythm and almost sensing the heartbeat.
Cornerstone of this technique is the rhythmic fluctuation of the cerebrospinal fluid, a transparent liquid that permeates the whole central nervous system maintaining it in suspension, protecting and nourishing it thus helping the regulation of the intracranial pressure.
