An intimate and welcoming space grows up at Bormio Terme, ideal for activities connected to physical well-being like yoga, pilates, ballet, stretching, muscle awakening, meditation, positive visualization.
The Zen Room of Bormio Terme is available for everyone needs a space for practising an activity, for one or more sessions throughout the year.
The Zen Room is located on the second floor of the complex with a separate entrance that allows an autonomous operation of the space.
The room has a capacity of 12-20 people according to the activity that has been planned.
The room, recently built, has an entrance hallway, mat windows and a wall fully covered with mirrors in order to help the body coordination.
At the bottom of the wall some natural decorations and fairy lights emphasize the atmosphere.
